We do a general visual inspection of most accessible areas of the home. Afterward, you receive a written summary of findings, photos, and estimates for repair work we can take on.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We walk through most of the home.
Point out the things you have noticed, and we will take a general look at accessible areas throughout the house. We can talk about visible repair needs, items that call for closer investigation, and what may need another specialist.
Then you get it in writing.
After the visit, we provide a written summary of findings with photos and estimates for the repair work Waltman Construction can take on. You can use it to decide what to address first. Repairs are scheduled separately.

This is meant to help plan home upkeep and repairs. It is not a real estate home inspection, engineering evaluation, pest inspection, or guarantee that every hidden issue will be found. We will agree on what areas to cover before a visit.

A short list of concerns and photos of problem areas are a good start. Let us know if access is limited in any part of the home.
