Fairhope Dining Room Repair and Decorative Wall Trim

We worked on termite damage at this Fairhope home. The homeowner also wanted to color drench the dining room.

Repair termite damage and give the dining room a color-drenched finish.

What we did

We opened the wall near the dining room window and worked through the framing stage. In the dining room, we added decorative panel trim and painted the walls and trim in a coordinated color. The garage wall also went from open framing to a closed wall surface.

The photos include wood framing, insulation, panel trim, and crown molding. Walls and trim share a coordinated color for the color-drenched finish.

The result

The dining room has a paneled, color-drenched look. The garage wall is closed back up in the later photo.
